If you haven’t already done so; be sure to download Version 1.1 which includes a few error corrections and some recipe refinements.

The Beef Stroganoff and it was quite sumptuous, but I remember the dish being orangish in color. Am I mistaken?

Many versions of Beef Stroganoff included tomato in some form or other. Next time, try mixing in about a teaspoon of tomato sauce before placing in the oven. When adding the cream at the end, if it is still lacking in color, add a bit more tomato paste until you achieve the desired look.

Bought your book last week and have since whipped up both the Beef Stroganoff and the Steak Diane. The Stroganoff was quite good, but the Steak Diane was fabulous. My girlfriend and I loved it and will be having it again. Soon!
